Featuring a southern European style buffet, the chef recommends selected breakfast dishes such as beef soup made with the highest grade of wagyu beef, omelet with lobster, hot spring eggs with caviar, French fries with black truffle and grapefruit salad with foie gras.

The dinner menu includes “Steamed Truffles in Chawanmushi,” “King Crab Soup,” “Abalone Steamed in Clay Pot,” “Lobster-Flavored Pan-Fried Scallops” and "Anping Line-Fished Fresh Fish"...etc. mixing exotic Italian, French and Japanese cuisine. The hotel combines creativity and classic culinary arts with premium ingredients to prepare more than 200 dishes and desserts to satisfy any gourmet's palate.
