酒店防疫政策
防疫政策 Pandemic Prevention Policy

親愛的貴賓：
因應疾病管制署之防疫規範，為提供安全的住宿、用餐環境及旅客與員工之健康，本酒店恕不接待以下貴賓：
1. 體溫達37.5℃(含)以上或有發燒發熱或咳嗽症狀等症狀者。
2. 入境未滿7天的旅客。
3. 7天自主防疫、居家隔離、居家照護人士。
為維護入住旅客健康並配合疾管署防疫管理，凡進入酒店貴賓皆需「配合額溫測量、戴口罩」，如有發燒發熱或咳嗽症狀，體溫達 37.5°C(含)以上等症狀，請安排就醫檢查。如有隱瞞並於居住其間確診情形致產生營業損失將須負賠償責任。
*酒店將依據疾病管制署公告之疫情變化進行滾動式調整，造成不便敬請見諒。
Dear Guest：
According to Taiwan CDC's regulations, Formosa Yacht Resort is temporarily not able to take guests who have those situations.
1、The body temperature is above 37.5°C (inclusive) or have fever or cough symptoms, etc.
2、Guests who have arrived Taiwan less then 7 days.
3、Those under (locally monitored) home quarantine, self-health management order, or close contacts of those under home quarantine.
All people need to “cooperate with forehead temperature measurement and wear a mask”. If you have symptoms such as fever or cough, and your body temperature is above 37.5°C (inclusive), please arrange for medical examination. If you conceal and confirm the situation during your stay, you will be responsible for business losses.
* The hotel will make rolling adjustments according to the changes in the pandemic situation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
